Redrift v1.4

This update adds no new content, but some new progression changes and some UI changes.

-- Balance / Progression --

Copper now spawns under the large light island - but at double the rate than before!

Silicon can be mined under the dark large island, in spikes.

Reduced silicon yield from crates significantly.

-- Quality of Life --

Made UI far less "bulky", this includes achievements, settings, help, and pause menus.

Made elevators look nicer

Changed small island spawn points
