0.2.1 Released

0.2.1 brings in a few features and changes that I wanted to get out quickly, to improve the game experience a lot.
- Added the "Target Practice" map
- Implemented "Slope Detection", which makes moving up and down slopes much more pleasant
- Made a model and sprite for the Grenade Launcher
- Made animations for melee weapons
- Implemented "Projectile Slowdown Fields", areas that reduces projectile speeds while they are within it. One can be found on "Density".
- Implemented version-locking, so you now cannot join rooms that are running an older or newer version.
